****  I recently worked directly with Sandy Sparks on a home that was a short sale listing. In the process of getting this done for the home owner, Sandy was instrumental with her "never say die" attitude and her persistence with the lender. At one point, due to an appraisal that was way out of line for the home, Sandy took what I'm sure was several hours of her time to hand write a response to the lender, who had denied the short sale, and was moving forward with the foreclosure. After receiving the letter, the lender immediately stopped the foreclosure proceedings, and reconsidered.
