Benny Benhammou has over a decade of real estate experience working in both residential and commerical transactions in Rockingham, Guilford, Alamance, and Orange Counties. Born in Morocco, Benny’s family moved to the US when he was 15. He completed his college degree in business administration in addition to developing fluency in 5 languages. After college, Benny pursued his entrepreneurial interests in the food service and cellular communications industries. The experience starting and managing a successful small business solidified his commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.
Benny joined the Sandy Sparks Sales Team in 2018 and serves as the team’s buyer specialist. In this role, his focus is helping buyers identify their needs to best match them with the perfect home. He brings his clients an in-depth knowledge of our local neighborhoods and their market values. With great attention to detail, Benny manages the purchase process from contract to close and protects his clients’ interests. Daniel Byrd is a native of Mebane and lifelong resident of Alamance County. After
graduating from Eastern Alamance High School, he worked in construction for 2 years
followed by a 5-year career in the software industry.
In 2015, Daniel began his career in real estate. His background in construction & technology, combined with in-depth knowledge of the local neighborhoods, has proven to be a winning combination for families looking to find their perfect home.
He has a beautiful wife and two wonderful sons who encourage him daily. Daniel is very thankful to be a part of the Sandy Sparks Real Estate Team as the Listing Transaction Specialist and would love to be a part of your selling process!
Cindy Gordon has over 10 years’ real estate experience and brings in-depth knowledge, organization, and customer service to the team. She manages all of the paperwork associated with contracts and manages each transaction from contract to close insuring that all aspects are in compliance.
Cindy is available to answer questions from buyers and sellers and will assure that all parties are informed and updated throughout the buying and selling process.
Sandy Sparks grew up in Burlington and moved back to Alamance County in 1999. In
2009 she transitioned from teaching math to real estate.
With a combination of hard work, expert local market knowlege, and a commitment to serving her clients’ best interests, Sandy quickly rose to the top of the ranks of the local Realtors. Since 2011, she has been the top agent at the county’s largest real estate brokerage, Keller Williams Burlington. She has maintained the rank of #1 residential sales producer in Alamance
County every year since 2011.
In 2017, Sandy made the decision to focus her efforts on
listing homes for her sellers and hired Daniel Byrd to work as her team’s Buyer’s Specialist
to work closely with her in securing properties for her buying clients.

Caroline Jakielski is a native of Graham and a lifelong resident of Alamance County. She
graduated from Graham High School and NC State University where she received a
bachelor’s degree in business finance. Her attention to detail has helped her excel in
the position of Listing Specialist.
Caroline takes responsibility for assembling the data required for submission of listings in all three area MLS systems (Alamance, Triad, and Triangle). In addition, her skills in photography capture the images used in the online presentation of listings including the creation of the virtual tour. Caroline serves as an additional point of contact when other Realtors have questions regarding the team’s listings.
